- Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
- Polymer clay earrings are extremely lightweight as it doesn't actually contain any clay! Polymer clay is primarily made of PVC, mixed with plasticisers, fillers and pigments.
- Are polymer clay earrings waterproof?
- Yes, polymer clay is waterproof once baked. However, we do not recommend you wear them in the shower or while swimming as this could cause damage to delicate designs or earring posts.
- Are polymer clay earrings durable?
- Polymer clay earrings are strong and can withstand a fall from a reasonable height. Please do not bend them though as this can cause breakage.
- Are your earrings suitable for sensitive skin?
- We have the option to change earring posts to 14k gold plated/filled earring posts which are kind to sensitive skin.
- How do I look after polymer clay earrings?
- Wipe gently with a damp cloth to clean your earrings
- If you get make-up on your earrings, apply some nail polish removed to a cotton bud and wipe gently
- Store out of direct sunlight to avoid discolouration
- Keep away from lots of moisture and remove before showering
- Please do not bend as earrings are susceptible to damage if mistreated
- Can I return my earrings?
- Unfortunately, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Check out the refund policy page for more information.
- Can I track my order?
- UK orders are shipped using Tracked 24. All international orders are tracked.
- Can my order be gift wrapped?
